The online design market is very competitive. While there are many affordable options to choose from, none specialize in a specific design style. They also don’t provide high-quality design services from experienced interior designer. The designers working for other online design companies are typically untrained and lack experience which can create a lot of issues when items arrive. Common problems to be aware of that require proper knowledge and experience range from pieces being out of scale or improperly placed, incorrect spatial planning causing furniture to be too crowded or too small. It’s also important to be aware of the quality of materials being presented as the application of certain finishes will not function properly for the given space. EVSD also offers customized furniture selections through our Luxury design packages, making our services more exclusive in the online design market.
 

How many rooms can I design with the package offered?

Our design packages are offered per room. If you would like to add on an additional room, we offer secondary packages at 50% off.

How long will it take to receive a design package?

Our design delivery times range from 2-3 weeks. Once you submit your project, your designer will reach out with an exact delivery date for your initial designs.
 

Which rooms can i have designed?

We can help you design almost any room in your house, including your living room, dining room, open living/dining space, entryway, bedroom (kids, master, or guest), home office, or nursery. We are currently not offering bathroom or kitchen renovation packages.
 

what if i don’t like my design?

We know design is a process and sometimes it takes a few rounds to get things just right. That’s why we include a set number of revisions in each package. If you’re still not satisfied with the design, you may purchase two additional revisions for $250.

Once you get your initial designs, let your designer know what you think. You can message them with feedback and request a revision.
 

how will i communicate with my designer

This depends on which package you choose. With our Premium design package, you will have 2hrs worth of meetings available via Zoom or phone to review your project in further detail and discuss any revisions needed.

With our Luxury design package, you will have a total of 3hrs worth of meeting time in addition to a follow up meeting following the completion of the design.

With all of our packages, you may also correspond directly via email with any questions or concerns during the design process.

We source from all available online retailers. Since we don’t partner with any specific companies, we have an unlimited set of options for you to choose from.

will i get a trade discount for my purchases?

Our luxury design package includes assistance with purchasing of all selected items. Your designer will be able to extend their trade discount through this package only.
